BEAUTY TIPS: Strong as Nails
For stronger nails increase your calcium intake i.e. milk, okra, brocoli, cheese, yogurt, salmon, sardines. Avoid excess csented lotions and sprays on your nailbed. This causes your nails to become dry and brittle.
