Choose a pencil and powder. If you have a fair complexion try using blonde shades, if you have an olive complexion you can try using brown shades, and if you have a dark brown complexion, you should try using gray shades. For added fullness, dust eye shadow into the hairs of the brow with a stiff, slanted brush. Dip the brush into a tiny amount of powder and apply short, gentle strokes.
