For beautiful lip color like Ms. Dandridge, line your lips in a neutral or the same color as your lipstick. Never use a darker liner because if the lipstick fades your are going to be left with just an outline. Then use a lip brush to add lipstick from corner to corner of mouth. (This is for precision).
